According to the requirements of Citizen and Immigration Canada (CIC) foreign students in Canada must have a legal custodian if they are under the age of 18 in order to receive a study permit.

We provide the required signed and notarized custodian declaration along with the formal supervision service upon arrival in Canada.

For students over 18, we can provide support with arrival at school, during the academic year and when the help is required. Additional support is available 24/7 for students having any personal issues adapting to Canada, including homesickness and other more serious concerns.

Legal fees: $100 CAD

0 to 6 months: $600 CAD

6 months to 1 year: $1000 CAD
